Relax kid’s classes
Hi I’m Lyndsey, a Relax kids coach within Dee Banks School. Teaching a Relax Kids class supports children’s emotional and mental wellbeing. An child centred approach that adopts the ideals of using our bodies and mind to work together through activities throughout the school.
Using a variety of relaxation technique, Relax Kids includes warm ups and movement, fun drama-based games, relaxing mindfulness games, stretching and breathing exercises, massage, affirmations and visualisations. Bringing relaxation calmness and physical exercise together in a fun themed class. On a physical level these classes bring calmness and regulate their nervous system also helping develop their confidence and self-esteem.
