Children can be referred to the Occupational Therapist (OT) for an assessment, if required.  Occupational Therapists help you with everyday life.  They help you to do as much as possible for yourself both in school and at home.  This could be about looking after yourself (washing, dressing, eating, etc), play and leisure activities or life at school. Occupational Therapists also advise on Sensory Diets for pupils with ASD.

Children can be referred to the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Service via the child’s consultant, school doctor or another health professional involved in their care.

Cath is always pleased to make arrangements to discuss the needs of the children.
