Berry Class Pond Adventure! 🐸🌿

Berry Class have been very busy exploring and learning all about pond wildlife this week! We have discovered lots of interesting creatures that live in and around ponds, including frogs, ducks, fish and dragonflies.

We enjoyed a lovely walk to our local pond where we carefully looked for different animals and plants in their natural habitat. The children were fantastic explorers and used their looking skills to spot lots of exciting things!

Back in the classroom, we continued our learning through fun pond-themed tuff trays. The children used their imaginations to create ponds, move animals around the habitats and play with toy pond creatures. 

We have also created some fantastic artwork inspired by pond animals. The classroom has been filled with colourful frogs, shimmering fish and beautiful dragonflies!
