Welcome to Apple Class 

Staff: Maddy, Georgie, Lauren, Rachael and Seren.

Apple Class is a exciting class consisiting of 4 boys and 3 girls.

We follow a sensory based Early Years curriculum, focused on learning through play. We are enjoying exploring this curriculum and supporting our communication through play and interactions. We love learning outdoors and going on walks in the community to support our independence. Our favourite activities are messy play, bucket, sensory play, cooking, crafts, PE and swimming. We are excited to have lots of fun this year and learn lots of new skills!

Apple Class Poem

In Apple Class we laugh and play,

Creating, learning every day,

With glitter and paint and colours bright,

Our crafting hands make pure delight.

We splash and squish in messy play fun,

Textures, tastes - everyone!

Bucket sessions we love to explore,

Excitement bubbles making us want to see more.

We listen and learn from sensory stories told,

With sounds and smells both new and old.

The stories and tales take us away,

To magical worlds where we love to stay and play.

Out in the community we walk with pride,

Seeing the world side by side.

Fresh air, sunshine and skies so wide,

Nature is our friend outside.

We love to cook together - stir, scoop and pour,

Mixing flavours we adore.

From chopping fruits and veggies for salads with care,

We watch our confidence grow, there's nothing that could compare.

In PE we balance, jump and run,

Moving our bodies is lots of fun!

Swimming splashes, kick and glide,

Our smiles and joy are hard to hide.

Apple Class is a happy place, 

Where our learning is nurtured with a warm embrace,

We explore, create and always try,

In Apple Class, we reach for the sky!
