Evidence for Learning (EfL) is the platform we use for gathering and storing evidence of pupil’s achievements over time through photos, videos and comments. This system is designed to support pupils with SEND and every pupil has their own individual personalised framework within to which evidence can be linked to support our assessments and planning of their next steps. Evidence can also be linked to other useful frameworks to support planning and tagged to different areas of learning so that achievements across the curriculum can be recognised.

 

For our pupils, an important feature of this system is the facility for parents to have an account to view their own child’s evidence/ their learning journal. Parents can also upload photos and videos of their child’s achievements at home, often in support of generalising skills taught at home. Parents and school staff can respond to each other’s evidence easily through adding comments.
