Last Day of Term & What an Adventure We’ve Had!
Date: 2nd Apr 2026 @ 12:08pm
It’s hard to believe we’ve reached the last day of term, especially after everything we’ve packed into these past weeks. When we look back, it’s clear just how much our pupils have challenged themselves, grown in confidence, and embraced every opportunity that came their way.
Flying Through the Trees on our Duke of Edinburgh Expedition
One of our standout moments has been zip wiring through the trees during our Duke of Edinburgh expedition. The courage, teamwork, and determination on display were incredible. Everyone pushed themselves, supported each other, and made memories that will stay with them for years.
Work Experience Success with Bren Bikes
We’re also celebrating two pupils, Dan and Yohan, who completed their work experience with Bren Bikes. They showed real commitment, enthusiasm, and professionalism. It’s been wonderful to see them shine in a real-world setting.
Independent Travel Achievement and Bikeability Awards
A huge congratulations to Tyrone who passed their independent travel training and is now confidently taking the public bus to and from school. This is a significant step toward independence, and we couldn’t be prouder. We also loved watching our pupils pass their Bikeability, showcasing their skills on bikes on site and on the local roads.
Mother’s Day Enterprise Project
Our gardening project blossomed into a successful Mother’s Day enterprise. Pupils worked hard to prepare, plant, create, and sell their beautiful items. Their teamwork and creativity really paid off.
Preparing for Transitions
This term has also been about looking ahead. We’ve spent time preparing our pupils who will be leaving us at the end of the year, helping them get ready for their next steps with confidence and excitement.
It’s been a full, fun, and productive term. We’re incredibly proud of everything our pupils have achieved.
Happy Easter!
