Spring Term in Oak Class!

Date: 30th Mar 2026 @ 11:57am

Oak Class has had a  busy and creative term! We’ve explored a wide range of Arts and Crafts, and enjoyed celebrating World Book Day, Mother’s Day, Comic Relief, and Easter.

During World Book Day week, we followed  a different coloured theme each day, taking part in exciting sensory and art activities inspired by each colour. We enjoyed a sensory story about a cheeky little blue monkey who loved playing with his ball in the jungle. Along the way, he explored new places, discovered exciting sounds and textures, and met three friendily fish. It was a fun adventure that we absolutely loved!

To celebrate Comic Relief, we did a silly sensory story all about Norman McNosey—a cheeky red nose who lived on our noses and caused all sorts of mischief!

As we moved into spring, Oak Class enjoyed making beautiful Easter cards and colourful spring wreaths.

What a fantastic term it has been—full of creativity, fun, and lots of wonderful learning!
