Water Play!
Date: 5th Mar 2026 @ 2:55pm
During our water play sessions, the children enjoy using their hands and even their toes to explore the water. They love feeling the different sensations as they splash, pour, and move the water around. These simple moments provide a wonderful sensory experience, allowing the children to discover how water feels, moves, and changes.
Sensory play like this is incredibly valuable for young learners. It supports curiosity, encourages exploration, and helps children develop confidence as they try new things. The children work together, share equipment, and enjoy watching what happens when they splash, pour, or swirl the water.
Of course, one of the most exciting parts of water play is the splashing! The children especially enjoy splashing the adults, which always leads to lots of laughter and joyful moments for everyone involved.
Water play in Berry Class is not only great fun, but it also provides meaningful opportunities for sensory exploration, social interaction, and playful learning. We can’t wait for our next splash-filled adventure!
